Brent learned the business firsthand from his father, Rick Shaw, founder of Rick Shaw Realtors, and has spent his career continuing that legacy of honesty, dedication, and personal service. Before becoming a licensed agent, he spent five years with Hills Communities Builder, gaining valuable insight into new construction and homebuilding — knowledge that helps his clients make confident, informed decisions.
