Submitting a DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Rick Shaw Realtors will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may contact you if additional information is needed to complete our review.
If the alleged infringing material was provided by a third party, your contact information may be shared with that party so they may respond.
Submitting a Counter-Notification
If material you posted has been removed (or access to it has been disabled) as a result of a DMCA Notice, and you believe the material was removed or disabled in error, you may file a Counter-Notification by providing a written notice containing all of the following information:

Specify the content that was removed or disabled, and indicate where it appeared before removal (include the URL if possible). -
Your Contact Information:
Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address. -
Statement of Good Faith:
Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification. -
Consent to Jurisdiction:
Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or their agent. -

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, Rick Shaw Realtors may forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within ten (10) business days, we may restore the removed content.
